Description:

Unassembled plastic model kit of a British Centurion tank in Israeli service, in an Israeli modernized variant Kal Gimel/Dalet. Israel operated Centurion tanks (Centurion Mk 5) armed with the 105 mm L7 gun since the late 60s.

Israeli Centurion tanks received several updates since 70s, including a new power plant, turret rotating mechanism, a new gun stabilizer, a new fire-control system and preparations for the installation of the Blazer reactive armor and protections for urban warfare as well as other minor updates. All the upgraded Centurion tanks has the name of Shot Kal, and the packets of upgrades through the time received different names, Alef/Bet/Gimel/Dalet, being Gimel/Dalet the latest ones.

Decal sheet includes three markings dated 1982, 1983 and 1988. Kit includes PE (photo-etched) parts, rubber single piece tracks and rubber town cables. Kit shares some sprues with the previous Centurion tanks kits released by ACE.
