Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a U.S. PT boat, the main motor torpedo boat of the U.S. Navy during WWII.

The PT-160 mounted in the rear an experimental “Thunderbolt” mount consisting of a quad 20mm and two .50 cal. machine guns, and featured different “arts” during its life, nicknamed “Lazy Daisy Mae” and “Tokyo-Ahead”.

The PT-559 was a Patrol Boat assigned to the Mediterranean theater.

Kit consists of 144 parts, featuring a length once build of 341mm. The kit is a re-release with new decal sheet of the kit tooled in 2018 with code number 05147 (Revell – 05147 – Patrol Torpedo Boat PT-109) plus new parts.

Released also as model set with code number 65175 which includes brush, glue and paints.
