HäT – 8335 – Napoleonic Hungarian Infantry (Action)

Description:

Unpainted plastic soldiers in 1/72 scale depicting Hungarian infantry during the Napoleonic Wars.

Box contains 40 figures in just 5 poses. The so called “action” certainly has produced not super dynamic poses. Three of the five poses are standing, in different actitudes, then there is one pose firing and one pose reloading. To our eyes this is an insufficient number poses for a so specialized set as “action” infantry, and even worse considering this is the only set depicting the Hungarian troops in action attitude, a major gap till now in the hobby.

Hungarian troops wear low boots and have braid on their trousers, as main and simplified difference with the “German” troops.  Colors are white and blue as can be seen in the box cover.

All the figures wear shakos and the back-packs and tools are separated pieces attached to the back of the figure by a simple peg-and-hole mechanism.
