The Focke-Wulf Fw 190A-0 was the pre-production variant of the famous German fighter, serving as the initial testing platform for what would become one of the Luftwaffe’s most effective aircraft of World War II. Introduced in 1940, these early models were primarily used for evaluation and fine-tuning before full-scale production began. Equipped with the BMW 801C radial engine, the A-0 featured a basic armament setup and several experimental components that were later refined in operational variants. Despite minor issues with engine cooling and aerodynamics, the A-0 demonstrated the Fw 190’s exceptional speed, maneuverability, and rugged airframe, setting the stage for its combat-ready successors.

New tool of 2025, kit consists of 63 plastic parts, shared between all the releases of the series, though not all might be included in all variants. Include a decal sheet with three German markings dated 1941.
