Special Hobby – SH72524 – Percival P.66 Pembroke C.1

Description:

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a British Percival Pembroke, mainly a light transport aircraft but also produced as photographic reconnaissance and communications aircraft. Around 128 units were built in the 50s. Last Percival Pembrokes were retired in the late 80s.

Update of a 2004 tooled kit by Special Hobby. The series was updated with new parts in 2011, and this kit shares one of the markings with the 2011 release and just adds new decal sheet and markings. When released the kit was praised for its finely engraved panel lines and detailed interior.

Kit include PE (photo-etched) parts and an interesting number of resin parts including small ones. Decal sheet contains 4 British RAF markings.
