Special Hobby – 72416 – Potez 25 B2 Polish Jupiter “Against the Tide”

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a French biplane Potez 25 introduced in mid 20s which was a big commercial success, built in over 4000 units, almost half of them licensed production in other countries such Poland, Romania, Yugoeslavia or Portugal. The type was used as reconnaissance, fighter or bomber and lasted in service till around 1940.

Poland purchased several french aircrafts and later produced under license around 300 aircrafts in different variants. Polish slightly modified original design as for example introducing leading edge slots. After 1936 many aircrafts got upgraded with a more powerful PZL Bristol Jupiter VIIF engine, which is the subject of this kit.

Kit includes PE (photo etched) detail parts and decal sheet for three Polish aircraft markings which saw service during WWII 1939 campaign.
