Ultima Ratio – UR017 – Gladiators Hoplomachus Thracian

Description:

Box contains 27 figures in 9 poses, 6 of the poses are gladiators, 3 are Hoplomachus and 3 are Thracians. The other 3 poses are split in a woman, a men (both are public of the spectacle) and a servant.

Starting by the Thracians (nine figures in 3 poses) they all wear full helmet with full mask and crest, armed with a curved sword (sica) and also with shield and long greaves as well as armored sword arm. One of the poses is bit weird but in general they are good figures.

Hoplomachus are very similar (you also get nine figures in 3 poses) but their main weapon is a spear and they have a smaller round shield and in general terms poses are good.

The last three poses are one servant and two spectators, a men and a woman. The spectators figures are both sit in different furniture, and they are molded in two parts, one part with the figure and half of the furniture and the other part with the rest of the furniture, which is not a great election to make it easier to fit.

The set has a good amount of flash to clean but in general terms is a good addition to the Gladiators subject.
