Ultima Ratio – UR019 – The Carthaginian Army Hannibal’s Veterans

Unpainted plastic soldiers in 1/72 scale depicting Veterans of the Carthaginian army at the time of Hannibal and the Punic wars.

Box contains 24 figures in 8 different poses. All the troop figures has detached shield, that uses the system of a hole in the middle of the shield and a peg in the hand of the figure, which fits pretty well. In addition a couple of poses have a separate arm and you have some options to chose from. They are difficult to fit but once achieved pose is vey good, better than those figures molded in a single piece which trend to be some flat in some case. Troop are a mix of sword man and spear man, all reasonably well executed though detail is not sharp in particular and there is a bit of flash in the cast.
