This kit is a variant of kit ESCI – 9003 – A-4F “Aggressor” (See the parent kit for details about the kit and the ESCI A-4 series), just changing decal sheets for the Blue Angels (US Navy Flight Demonstration Sqn) aerobatic team. This kit, as the A-4F “Aggressor”, has no weapons payload, pylons or external tanks, and consists of just the two main sprues shared with all the ESCI A-4 series. This variant usually was casted in a dark blue plastic color.

We think ESCI did a small mistake here on the title because the Blue Angels aerobatic team operated A-4F from 1973 to 1986, not A-4E, though many A-4E were retrofitted to A-4F standard, which basically was a refinement of the A-4E.
