Variation of kit ESCI – 9004 – Navy Skyhawk A-4E with new decals.

The A-4G was an specific modification for the RAAF, Royal Australian Air Force, which was based on the A-4F, and within the modifications they were not fitted with the avionics “hump”, which is not present in the kit, as the kit was tooled as an A-4E, but also were modified to carry up to four Sidewinder AIM-9B air-to-air missiles under wings, but this detail has been convenient omitted on the box art, because the kiit doesn’t updated parts and so doesn’t provide Sidewinder missiles. So while the kit is correct in shape , lacks of the correct payload for an A-4G variant. Worth it to mention that RAAF rarely used the 4 x Sidewinder configuration, usually mounting just two of them.
