Fine Molds – FF04 – F-4J VF-96 “Show Time 100”

Description:

Update with new decal sheet of Fine Molds F-4J kit including two new markings for the VF-96, Fighter Squadron 96 nicknamed Fighting Falcons, dated 1972 onboard of the USS Constellation, a time were the unit was deployed to Vietnam. The fighter squadron 96 was disestablished in 1975. Showtime refers to their radio callsign.

Includes the marking of Lieutenant Duke Cunningham and Lieutenant j.g. William P. Driscoll who in May 10 of 1972 achieved the ACE status, being the only U.S. Navy ACE pilots of the Vietnam War.

Compatible with Fine Molds – FP44 – U.S. Air-to-Air Missile Set #2 (’60s~’70s) required to add weapons payload as in the finished model sample below, not included in the kit.
