Fine Molds – FP53 – F-14A Tomcat “Gulf War”

Description:

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a U.S. Grumman F-14 Tomcat, a multi-role carrier-capable fighter aircraft of variable-sweep wing introduced in the 70s and already retired from service except for the Iranian F-14s.

Update with new parts and new decal sheet of Fine Molds F-14A kit. Decal sheet includes 3 markings, 2 of them for the “Gulf War” (Operation Desert Storm 1991) for aircrafts from USS America and USS John F. Kennedy and the 3rd marking is also from the USS John F. Kennedy, dated 1989, located in the Gulf of Sidra, when the 3rd incident of Gulf of Sidra happened between the U.S. Navy and Libyan Air Forces. In 1989 two F-14s shot down two Libyan MiG-23s.
