As usual, there is a good number of coming Hasegawa kits to report, we start by two new limited additions expected for this March month: Hasegawa – 02489 – UH-60J Rescue Hawk “Chitose Air Rescue J.A.S.D.F. 70th Anniversary” and Hasegawa – 02488 – F-35 “Lightning II” (B Version) U.S.NAVY VX-23 Test of taking off and landing on KAGA.
Added a couple more of Kovozávody Prostějov (KP) kits, still from the very late 2024 release. They are two old AZ Model kits refreshed with new decals. Kovozávody Prostějov (KP) – KPM0478 – Spitfire HF Mk.VII and Kovozávody Prostějov (KP) – KPM0479 – Spitfire HF Mk.VII “Grey camo”. Also added today Kovozávody Prostějov (KP) – KPM0481 – Messerschmitt Bf 108 “Taifun” (including sprue pictures) which pairs with the previously released Kovozávody Prostějov (KP) – KPM0339 – MESSERSCHMITT BF 108 TAIFUN, both using Fly kit tooled in 2012.
Though belonging to the accessories category, we list here a new ICM kit, ICM – 72215 – Marston Mat, which will be a nice addition for those who love to build up nice displays for their aircraft models.

Fine Molds is about to release one more update of their excellent F-14A kit, Fine Molds – FX05 – USN F-14A Tomcat VF-2 Bounty Hunters, with a new decal sheet.
Eduard releases this month Eduard – 7475 – Bf 109G-6 (WEEKEND Edition), the basic Weekend Edition of the G-6 kit.

Great Wall Hobby announced another for sure super-sales kit, Great Wall Hobby – L7215 – A-10C Thunderbolt II, featuring an impressive payload options for the Fairchild Republic A-10 Thunderbolt II with focus in the latest configurations of the many options for the A-10.
Also added today Fine Molds – FX04 – USMC F-4N Fighter VMFA-531 Grey Ghosts, jet another F-4 by Fine Molds, and there are still more in the pipeline. Worth it to mention they are the finest McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom II 1/72 scale kits.
Just added another coming Airfix kit, expected for this spring, a reissue of the latest Focke-Wulf Fw190A-8/F-8 Airfix kit tooled in 2013, with a new decal sheet: Airfix – A02066A – Focke-Wulf Fw190A-8/F-8

An unusual an interesting addition by AMP, the AMP – 72023 – Northrop M2 F2/F3.
Pushing to get Kovozávody Prostějov (KP) listing updated, just added 6 kits from the Czech brand, including a poker of the new 2025 tooled Focke-Wulf Fw190A variants. The new kits added are:

Sword is working hard to release Sword – SW72151 – AD-3 and 4 Skyraider over Korea which may happen shortly. The sprue shows an impressive payload option.

Frrom adds a third reference to their Bloch MB.210 kit, we speak about Azur FRROM – FR0057 – Bloch MB 210 “Late” which shortly will be available across stores.
Special Hobby is reissuing this month the interesting Special Hobby – 72203 – F-82H Twin Mustang “Alaskan All Weather Fighter”, a kit originally tooled in 2010.

RS Models brings another limited edition of their Airspeed AS.6 Envoy kit, time for RS Models – 94022 – Airspeed Envoy “Schlesinger Race”
Wolfpack Design is about to release Wolfpack Design – WP17217 – X-47B UCAS-D , based on Platz kit for the same topic.
Italeri is reissuing Italeri – 0197 – SU-33 Flanker-D (Old Sukhoi SU-27D SEA FLANKER), title has been updated, as well as box art, after more than 20 years using same box art from 1991 to 2014. Kit include also a new decal sheet with 4 markings.

Answer Plastic Kits has released three more PZL TS-8 Bies kits, Answer – 72043 – PZL TS-8 Bies BII, Answer – 72045 – PZL TS-8 Bies Survivors and Answer – 72044 – PZL TS-8 Bies Red Star vs. Black Cross.

Added a couple more of Kovozávody Prostějov (KP) kits already released, depicting the nice Ilyushin Il-10 ground attack aircraft. The kits are Kovozávody Prostějov (KP) – KPH7205 – Avia B-33/IL-10 “Beast” and Kovozávody Prostějov (KP) – KPH7206 – Ilyushin IL-10/B-33 “Beast”, both part of the “Hight Tech” line, complemented with 3D printed parts and self-adhesive pre-cut paint mask.
Also added Kovozávody Prostějov (KP) – KPM0493 – Sopwith Triplane, based on the 2020 kit.
Fly is releasing another Caproni Ca.100 updated with new 3D printed parts, Fly – 72036 – Caproni Ca.100 Caproncino (with Walter engine). The Caproni Ca.100 series is certainly a very interesting kit.
Added Hasegawa – 02491 – F-14A Tomcat “VF-2 Bounty Hunters 1976”, a limited edition with a single marking for the first time the F-14A arrived to Japan in 1976.
Just published a couple of the coming Airfix kits for this spring, Airfix – A04059 – Bristol Blenheim Mk.IF and Airfix – A04069 – Messerschmitt Me410A-1, both excellent kit of recent engineering with a good quality.

Recovered two very interesting kits by A&A Models, A&A Models – AAM7235 – Northrop XP-61E and A&A Models – AAM7236 – Northrop F-15 “NACA Test flights”.

Much more exciting than the usual limited editions by Hasegawa, is the release of a full new tooled model in the Macross line, Hasegawa – (Macross) 34 – GLAUG, a topic not covered in 1/72 since the 80s by ARII and great addition to the line and the Zentradi army. The kit is expect to be released this March month.
Another exciting release in the Anime & Sci-Fi section is the second cooperation between Academy and Wave to produce Academy / Wave – KG-023 – Promaxis (PANZER WORLD GALIENT).

Since our last update, there a trio of interesting First to Fight (Wrzesień 1939) models to report. The kits are First to Fight – 115 – Hotchkiss H38 with SA18 cannon (they can still present the H39 using the SA38 gun instead), First to Fight – 116 – Panzerbefehlswagen (Pz.BfWG) 38(t) Ausf. E/F (Probably a common E/F variant will see light too) and First to Fight – 117 – Polish TKS-D self-propelled gun (completing and excellent coverage of the TK and TKS series).

Ukrainian Models Military Technics (UMMT) is releasing another experimental BT tank model kit, time for UMMT – 708 – RBT-5 tank with a rectangular turret and a rocket gun (RS-132 shell). The Ukrainian brand is also about to release a new armored train which we’ll add shortly.

Without enough information we added Sabre – 72A07 – Multi Purpose Van Part. 1 (Ambulance + Rescue Vehicle), a very interesting civilian topic, focused on Chinese market, but which can work for other contemporary scenarios.
Takom has released a new heavy truck and trailer, Takom – 5024 – M911 C-HET w/M747 Heavy Equipment Semi-Trailer
Zvezda is about to release a very interesting Zvezda – 5079 – Russian Infantry Fighting Vehicle BMP-3. Despite its importance in the Russian armed forces after Soviet collapse, the BMP-3 has not been depicted properly in 1/72 scale, so this is a welcome addition.

Two more S-Model additions, S-Model – SP072028 – M151A2 & TOW Missile and S-Model – PS720153 – M151A1C (M40 Recoilless Rifle). This last one is a standard release with two models inside and a new tooled M151 Jeep, which for sure will be used for a number of limited editions as the TOW release. There are still more novelties to come by the Chinese brand S-Model.
